Anna Kulow has 10+ years of grant writing experience in renewable energy, environmental justice, and agriculture, securing $600M+ in funding from the California Energy Commission, USDA, DOE, NSF, and other agencies. She also worked in climate advocacy at the Skoll Foundation, developed educational resources for Biointeractive (Howard Hughes Medical Institute), and was an energy analyst at Wexus Technologies, an AgTech company. She earned a Graduate Certificate in Sustainability from UC Berkeley and completed master’s coursework in Ecological Engineering at the University of Maryland. Anna holds a dual bachelor’s degree in Environmental Policy, Science, and Art History from McDaniel College. She spends her free time climbing, skiing, running, gardening, and cooking at home in Louisville, Colorado, with her partner and two cats.

Emelie is a Certified Research Administrator (CRA) with a Master’s in Research Administration and Compliance from the City University of New York. With over 10 years in grant management, she has submitted ~800 applications, securing ~$4 billion in funding across federal, foundation, and industry sectors. Her work spans public higher education, medical research, and climate technology, with a focus on driving impactful solutions for climate and medical challenges. Emelie has served as a grant reviewer for multiple organizations and uses her expertise to craft high-impact proposals that align with funder goals. She is passionate about collaborating with forward-thinking teams to advance projects that foster sustainability and resilience for the future.
